WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I USE?

The currency in which you buy is determined by your country of delivery and will be indicated upon payment. If your local currency is not available, your order will be processed in euros or USD to ensure a competitive exchange rate.

WHEN WILL MY BANK ACCOUNT BE DEBITED?

If you are paying by debit card or PayPal, Bakana will collect the payment when the order is placed on the site. If you pay by credit card, the total amount is debited when your order is ready to be sent, however your bank or card issuer may block the amount of the order immediately.

Delivery, Import Fees and Taxes

HOW MUCH WILL I COST DELIVERY?

Each Bakana order is unique and the delivery price varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the selected items. This information will appear during payment. We also offer a single delivery cost for orders above a certain threshold, this means that you can buy several items of different origins and pay only one delivery cost.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTICLE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the details of your order are confirmed, your item will be prepared with care and will be sent to you within 2 working days. The delivery normally takes between 2 and 7 days after sending it, depending on your location and the delivery method of your choice and you will be kept informed by notifications.

The information related to the follow-up of your order and its estimated delivery date will also be communicated to you. .

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES?

Bakana delivers the majority of destinations in DDP ("delivered duty paid" in European Union). This means that all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay when you pay for your order and that there will be no other costs during delivery.

If a DAP destination (returned to the place of destination) is selected (for customers living outside the aforementioned countries), the price paid to Bakana excludes all customs fees.

As a recipient, you must pay these taxes to the courier.

For our customers based in the United States, Bakana does not collect customs fees in all states. Your order may be subject to customs fees, except if your state is exempt from taxes. Many states request a tax return at the end of each year for all of your taxable purchases that have not yet been taxed (including your online purchases) and payment of the user fee on those purchases.
